- Heavy equipment ships LTL freight with liftgate service included.
- Standard shipping: 5–10 business days for in-stock items; freight/LTL: 7–14 business days.
- Curbside delivery included; inside delivery on request.
- Please inspect your delivery and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt.
Returns
- Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to a restocking fee.
- Custom-ordered or installed equipment is non-refundable.
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Warranty
- Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from completion.
