All HVAC equipment listed on our website is subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices, product specifications, and availability without prior notice. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary from the actual product.

Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received before equipment is shipped or services are rendered. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for commercial accounts.

Shipping and Delivery

Equipment delivery times depend on product availability and your location. Freight shipping is arranged for large equipment. Customers are responsible for inspecting deliveries and reporting any damage within 48 hours of receipt.

Installation Services

Installation services are performed by our certified technicians. Installation quotes are provided based on site assessment and are valid for 30 days. Additional charges may apply if site conditions differ from the initial assessment.

Warranty

Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Service contract terms are specified in individual agreements.

Returns and Refunds

Unused equipment in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, subject to a restocking fee. Custom-ordered or installed equipment is non-refundable. Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Limitation of Liability

Midwood Kings Inc liability is limited to the purchase price of the products or services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
